This cuvée is the fruit of the first blending created by Franck and Vincent when they settle in the family farm. This wine is characterized by a blend mainly Chardonnay (60%), Pinot noir (30%), and old reserve wine (10%). It offers a shinning colour, a fresh nose with floral and fruity notes and also a thin effervesence. The freshness of this champagne and its acid notes matches perfectly with your aperitives. « La puissance et l’élégance des gentlemen » Power and elegance of gentlemen Blend mainly pinot noir for the strenght and with some chardonnay for the delicacy and elegance. Exclusive drawing in magnum. A strong and full-bodied champagne with interesting notes of little acid fruits (like wild strawberry, Morello cherry, etc…). This exceptional cuvée was created in 2009 and made by the blending of wines of the year with the best organoleptic potential. It has been barrel matured during 9 months and then drawn in a very limited quantity (only 150 per drawing) and exclusively in special magnums. Its wooden characteristic and its vanilla taste are accompanied by a nice freshness with a long finish. Its buttery and ample taste gives delicate gourmets real pleasure for a dinner aperitif, during a cocktail or every very special moments. Its light and shiny colours reminds us of the gold reflection. Unique présentation in a transparent magnum to remind purity, put in a wooden case with wood chips bringing to mind its DNA and accompanied by gold to look like its colour. Mistelle (liqueur wine) made by the blend of grape must and Vieux Marc. The writter Alexandre Dumas calle dit « élixir incomparable » (unrivalled elixir). During your drink you will notice sweet and spicy flavours, subtle notes of candied fruits and quince jelly. To drink during aperitif, pure or to make cocktails. Eau de vie with a regulated designation of origin made by distillation of grape destemmed marc. The Vieux Marc de Champagne (old marc of champagne) is aged in oak barrels during serveral years that sharpened and matured its flavour (grape flesh, apricot, plum and a bit of vinilla and chocolate notes). The marc belong to France as Grappa belongs to Italy. Perfect to drink it for an after-dinner liqueur but you can also easily cooking with, to make your sauce, to flame meats or even to flavour your ice creams and sorbets. Proof : 40% vol Size : 70 cl
The Coteaux-Champenois belongs to the designation AOC Champagne. Our wine come from the Cumines and Champs Ludés, which are parcels of 60 and 50 years old, giving to this wine all of its notions of clay-limestone terroir. This blending of Meunier (40%) and Pinot Noir (60%) creates a light wine aged in oak barrels with a good balance between fruits and intensity giving fine tannins and ripe little red berries taste. Enjoy served slightly chilled (10/12°C) on side of poultry, cols cuts, cheeses. Proof : 12.5% vol Size : 75 cl
